Newly built with a modern design, our spacious room made our family stay very comfortable. The staff's outstanding willingness to assist enhanced our experience, and its convenient location made exploring Sapporo easy.

I was utterly frustrated with the very limited laundry facilities. Finding a parking space was another headache, as the hotel lot was fully occupied during my entire stay, forcing me to park in a far-off building for an additional fee. The breakfast choices were severely lacking, with limited options like fried fish every day and crêpes instead of staple items like omelets, leaving me disappointed and underwhelmed.

I really loved the spacious and modern room! 🙌 The public bath was a great touch, too. Only downside was the onsen getting kind of crowded at times. Overall, a fantastic stay!

My stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Sapporo West was delightful! The rooms were spacious, allowing me extra room to organize my luggage. The hotel's location made exploring nearby attractions, such as Sapporo station, a breeze. Staff were genuinely helpful and friendly.

It was just a smart choice for a short break in Sapporo with decent value for money. The parking area was always full, so we had to park at a nearby lot for a fee, which was annoying. If you're staying longer, consider options for laundry, as there’s only one machine each for men and women.

The staff was very pleasant and helped me out big time when I lost my phone! Plus, the onsen was a relaxing escape after a day out, super clean and decent size.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what you get, it’s fair enough.

We had a wonderful 5-night family getaway. The spacious Comfort Twin room suited us well, catering to our family's needs. Quick access to Sapporo Station made our explorations a breeze. Enjoyed the variety of nearby dining spots. the all-you-can-eat breakfast also offered good choices!

The Moderate Queen Room was spacious and well-maintained, providing ample room for organizational needs. The hotel is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Sapporo Station, making it easy to access transportation. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff who were readily available to assist with various requests throughout my stay. I would choose to stay here again due to the comfortable experience and its proximity to city attractions.

We enjoyed our stay with spacious rooms and attentive staff. The underground passage made exploring effortless, even in the snow. A special shoutout to the front desk for their prompt assistance in recovering my reading glasses! For future guests, the nearby dining options are fantastic after a city stroll.

The Moderate Queen Room was super spacious! We had plenty of room to open two large suitcases without a hassle. Bathroom space was great too, and everything was clean and comfy. Plus, being so close to Sapporo Station made getting around easy.
