Excellent location near Sapporo station. Spacious and quiet rooms. Helpful and accommodating front desk. Modern and new furnishings. Convenient public bath and washer. Hidden gem Crepe Cafe at Level 2. Delicious and balanced crepes

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the convenience of being located just a short walk away from the train station, which made it easy to explore the city. The public bath and nearby laundry facilities were also a great plus for our stay. the spacious and quiet room provided a comfortable and relaxing space to unwind after a long day out.
The set-up of our room could have been better as the bed was against the wall, making it necessary for one person to crawl in and out of bed. It would have also been more convenient to have a master light switch at the room entrance.

The public bath was a nice feature and a great way to relax during our romantic escape. The location was also convenient and allowed us to easily explore the area with just a short walk. We appreciated the 24 hour reception, which made check-in and check-out hassle-free.
The bed was awkwardly placed against the wall, making it difficult for one person to get in and out of bed. The room layout could have been better thought out.
